Well first I think I need to tell how I got to read it. In fact, I saw the fanart of Bound by Blood drawn by HeartGear and, as I was interested, I got the link to your work in the desrciption.
I couldn't stop reading it. I liked the fact that your characters differed a bit from those of the game. They didn't share the exact same past as those of the original game and so they have a bit different personnality... And I really enjoyed that. You didn't try to absolutly stay true to the original Chrom or all the others. I don't really know if I'm clear enough to you since english isn't my native language (I'm french) and I don't even know if what I'm trying to explain was intentionnal. But even if I'm wrong, I still think that it was a good fiction.
I liked the story, both Lucina's side and Robin/Chrom's side. I must admit that I could have killed Chrom a hundred times just for all of what he said to Robin. It's not a question of who's right or wrong. It's just that he got too far. The end of that story even made me realize that I wouldn't even know how I, myself, would react in Robin's place. I was litterally burning with anger and wanted to know what happened next.
To tell you the truth, I even consider starting my own Fire Emblem Awakening fanfiction. I already started one with a friend, nothing really structured and definite... But I didn't take it seriously until now. I even shared your story to my friend (who doesn't understand a word in english so I had to translate it while speaking)... And I was glad to see that she was interested as well.
Anyway, sorry for the long post =/. I hope you don't mind reading !

The different personality thing was intentional. I was really intrigued by the idea of characters being different in different timelines, and I wanted to see Chrom's heroism twisted into something a little darker, while still keeping him recognizable as the good-intentioned prince/king who resorts too quickly to violence. As for Robin, I write a different personality for him/her in every Awakening story I do.

Yes I'm still working on the details with my friend but we already planned how some characters would be linked to each other. In the details, we started together because we played almost at the same time and laughed at how our "Robins" would react in every situations we encountered. It may be not very original but we liked the idea that our two Robins would be in the same world. Then we started a new party to try other possibilities and liked our new Robins even better without leaving the two other ones we created. It started as a joke when I said "imagine how they would interact with each other... They all shared almost the same destiny and have faced the same difficult choices but they all were different in our heads, both in appearances or in personnality. One was a bit selfish, another completely dedicated in saving the world, another again had a sadder end and became bitter... What if they had all failed their missions (but still not letting Grima go with their body) and then they are all given a chance to restart anew in another dimension ? And what if the original Robin of that alternate reality was a "dark" one ?
Well, reading your fanfiction helped me consider many other options. What will happen to the futur ? And the children ? How is it possible for all those "Robins" to be in fact the same person with another personnality/appearance/age (considering we can choose from 3 possible "ages") etc...
